SGA898 is strictly for players aged 21 and above only. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is prohibited. SGA898 is obligated to verify the identity of all Account Holders prior to processing withdrawal requests or where internal risk assessments indicate verification is necessary. Users will be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Malaysian NRIC or passport), proof of address, and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, account closure.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. SGA898 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
Users must notify SGA898's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or suspected compromise of their Account.
Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting SGA898 customer support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real-money balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
SGA898 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow instant transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. SGA898 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency, credit card, or any unlisted payment method without prior written approval.
The minimum deposit amount on SGA898 is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000 for bank transfers and FPX, and RM5,000 for e-wallet channels (subject to the respective e-wallet provider's own limits). SGA898 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion or in response to regulatory requirements.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by SGA898's compliance team. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements associated with active bonus funds.
Deposits via DuitNow and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to accounts instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but SGA898 endeavours to process all eligible withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Delays may occur during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
SGA898 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside SGA898's control and responsibility.
SGA898 is committed to maintaining full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Funds deposited to the platform must originate from legitimate sources belonging to the registered Account Holder. SGA898 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds are of illicit origin or where AML verification cannot be completed.
All bets placed on SGA898 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market, as published within the Platform. Users acknowledge that sports betting and casino gaming involve inherent financial risk and that past performance does not guarantee future results.
Bets are not confirmed until explicitly accepted by SGA898's systems. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, any bets affected will be voided and stakes returned to the User's account balance.
SGA898 offers sports betting markets on domestic and international competitions, including but not limited to the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), NBA, and other major sporting events. Available markets include Match Result, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Mix Parlay, Correct Score, and other event-specific markets.
SGA898 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any market where there is evidence of match-fixing, data corruption, or where the integrity of the event cannot be confirmed. In such cases, all stakes will be returned.
All casino games and slot titles available on SGA898 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Slot RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available for each game in the game information panel. SGA898 does not manipulate RNG outcomes or apply house-tilted adjustments beyond the published RTP parameters.
SGA898 may impose maximum win limits on specific games, bet types, or within specific promotional periods. Where applicable, these limits will be clearly communicated within the relevant game or promotion terms. Winnings exceeding published limits may be subject to adjustment at SGA898's discretion.

Bonus Funds credited to an account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Where bonus abuse is identified, SGA898 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the Account without notice.
Birthday bonuses are credited automatically on the registered Account Holder's verified date of birth, subject to the Account's current VIP tier. Referral bonuses are credited upon the referred user completing registration, KYC verification, and a qualifying first deposit. Both bonus types are subject to the wagering requirements and conditions published on the Platform at the time of crediting.
SGA898 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SGA898 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

All content on the SGA898 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and the Platform's overall visual design, is the exclusive intellectual property of SGA898 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SGA898 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a User's access to or use of the Platform.
Without limiting the foregoing, SGA898 accepts no liability for:
Where SGA898's liability cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law, such liability is limited to the total amount of real-money deposits made by the User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
SGA898 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SGA898 is incorporated and licensed to operate.
In the event of any dispute between a User and SGA898, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through SGA898's customer support channels. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Users may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process established by SGA898's applicable gaming licence conditions.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights Users may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.
